Targeted Cohorts for White People

JORE Consulting offers targeted cohorts for those who identify as “white” and find themselves hungry for a deeper understanding about how race functions and a focused desire to apply learning to specific areas. Targeted cohorts typically run six to twelve months as a series of in-person sessions offering a uniquely collaborative method of engagement that serves counter to the dehumanizing programming of white dominance. Participants at all stages of their journey have found this method to be impactful.

Targeted cohorts build upon the Learning Cohort model to provide both broad and specific evaluation of the role and presence of white dominance. Organizations and people groups can utilize this model to build scaffolding and common memory with teams committed to the abolition of white dominance. From there, targeted learning provides a pathway of continued commitment and institutional change.
