Cohorts for white people
If you are wanting to break the pattern of check-mark anti-racism workshops and are ready to dive deeper in your own anti-racism journey, a cohort is for you. Our cohorts meet once per month for six months, engage weekly homework assignments to keep us on track, and offer a way to build collective liberation from the dehumanization of white dominance.

Webinars for white people
Whether you just like learning in your undies or you are not in the Portland area for an in-person cohort, you'll find our webinars an engaging way to learn new concepts or deepen your abolition practice. The Cohort Webinar is modeled after our cohorts and provides deep learning over a six month period. Our Targeted Webinars provide focused learning over a five week period.

Coaching for white leaders
White people who are leading in any capacity who truly desire to grapple with the impacts of institutionalized white dominance will need a unique set of tooling, connection, and accountability in order to support their group or organization on a course that centers racial equity. Our coaching package can be customized to meet the needs of the leader and spans a 3 month period of one-on-one coaching plus email/text support.

Cohorts for organizations
White affinity or multi-racial (co-facilitated with an Indigenous, Black, or Brown colleague) cohorts for groups up to 30 people. Customized to suit the organizational focus and racial demographic. In organizations with strong efforts toward equity, diversity and inclusion where racial affinity work has been ignored, tension often remains high as a result of unmet differentiated needs of a diverse workforce. We specialize in providing organizations with white affinity facilitation and leadership development as part of these differentiated needs. If you desire to bring white affinity work to your organization, please ensure that all Indigenous, Black, and Brown personnel are also being supported with racial affinity work that speaks to their specific racial identity.

Webinar for organizations
White affinity cohort webinar supports racial affinity work within the organization. Customized to suit the organizational focus. Best suited for organizations that are spread over multiple geographic locations. Mediation support
If you or people in your organization are experiencing a situation that could use mediation support with a lens of how white dominance is showing up, we can help. White dominance functions to dehumanize and disconnect people from themselves and each other. When conflict arises, even the most deeply committed anti-racist white person can exhibit behaviors connected to white dominance. Through the use of non-violent communication, personal leadership, and various other tools - we are able to bring support, clarity, and a pathway toward repair.
